Digital products
All our guides are digital products (PDF files) delivered by instant download. Because a digital file can't be returned once it has been accessed, we don't offer returns or refunds once a guide has been downloaded, including for change of mind.
Before you pay, you agree that your download will start immediately after purchase and that you will lose your 14-day right of withdrawal. This is permitted under EU and UK consumer law for digital content that isn't supplied on a physical medium.
To help you choose the right guide, every product page shows the full contents, the level, the time each session takes and the kit you need before you buy.
When we will fix it or refund you
We will always make it right if:
- Your download doesn't arrive or the link doesn't work.
- The file is faulty: it won't open, it's incomplete or it's corrupted.
- The guide isn't as described on its product page.
- You were charged twice for the same guide by mistake.
In these cases, we'll first send you a working file. If we can't fix the problem, we'll give you a full refund.
How to contact us
Email thedigitalparadise.shop@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the problem. We aim to reply within 2 working days.
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, they usually appear within 5–10 working days.
Purchases made on Etsy
If you bought a guide through our Etsy shop, please contact us through Etsy messages. Etsy's own purchase policies apply.
Your legal rights
This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
