About these terms
These terms apply when you buy a guide from The Digital Paradise. By placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Refund policy and Privacy policy.
Who we are
The Digital Paradise is run by Jordi Brualla Polidura, a sole trader based in Spain.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean The Digital Paradise, and "you" means the person buying a guide.
Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us. Our guides are sold to individuals for their own personal use.
Our guides
Our guides are digital products: PDF files, written in English. Each guide page describes what the guide contains, who it's for, its level, how long it takes, the time each session asks of you and the kit you need, and shows sample pages, so you can check it suits you before you buy.
We may improve a guide over time. The version you bought remains yours.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros. Any taxes that apply are shown at checkout before you pay.
Payment is handled securely by Shopify's checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
Your order is accepted, and our contract with you begins, when we send you the order confirmation email. If a guide is shown at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Delivery
As soon as your payment goes through, you can download your guide from the order confirmation page, and we also send you a download link by email. If your download doesn't arrive or the link doesn't work, email us and we'll send you a working one.
Your right to cancel
Under EU and UK consumer law, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once the download begins, provided you have agreed to receive the guide immediately and have acknowledged that you will lose your right to cancel. We ask for this agreement before you pay.
This doesn't affect your rights if a guide is faulty or isn't as described. In those cases, we'll send you a working file or refund you, as set out in our Refund policy.
What you can do with a guide
When you buy a guide, we give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it. You can:
- read it on any of your own devices;
- print it for your own use.
You can't:
- share, copy or send the guide, or any part of it, to other people;
- upload or post it anywhere online;
- resell it, or use it for commercial purposes, such as in classes or paid coaching;
- remove our name or copyright notices from it.
All the text, images and design in our guides and on this website belong to The Digital Paradise and are protected by copyright. If you break these rules, your licence to use the guide ends.
Your health and safety
Our guides give general fitness and nutrition information for healthy adults. They are not medical advice and don't replace advice from a doctor, physiotherapist or dietitian.
Talk to your doctor before you start if you have an injury, pain, a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a history of disordered eating. Stop exercising and get medical advice if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.
You are responsible for training within your own limits and for making sure the equipment you use is safe, for example that a pull-up bar is securely fitted. Results depend on many personal factors, so we can't promise any particular result.
Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Otherwise, we are not responsible for losses we couldn't reasonably have foreseen, or for losses caused by using a guide against its instructions or the health advice above. To the extent the law allows, our total liability in connection with a guide is limited to the price you paid for it.
Our website
We work to keep this website available and up to date, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. Please don't misuse it, for example by trying to gain unauthorised access to it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts of that country.
If something goes wrong, please email us first. Most problems can be sorted out quickly.
